Bahrain’s young stars have made a mark in the International Tennis Federation’s U-14 Championship for West and Central Asia, organised by the Bahrain Tennis Federation at its Isa Town courts, with the qualification of Hashim Al-Tobli and Ahmed Hossam for the semi-finals of the boys’ singles.
Kuwait’s Mohammed Al-Awadhi, who is the top seed, and Abdul Rahman Al-Abdullah sealed the other two spots in the semi-finals which will be played today.
The girls’ singles final tomorrow will be an all-Syrian affair with Mary Arbash battling it out against Bana Azi.
