HAMAD TOWN, Jurdab, Al Safra and South Sehla qualified for the quarter-final of the fourth Khalid bin Hamad Youth Centers Futsal League and the First for People with Disabilities, held at the Late Shaikh Faisal bin Hamad Al Khalifa hall in Riffa Club.
Hamad Town topped Group Five with three wins from three games after defeating Muharraq 8-0.
Abdulrahman Adel, Ghanem Jamil Alhamad and Ebrahim Mohamed scored two goals each for Hamad Town as teammates Khalid Yasir and Mohamed Ali Juma added one each.
The result raises Hamad Town’s points tally to nine, while Muharraq bid farewell to the league as they finished in third place with three points.

Also in Group Five, Jurdab clinched second place after defeating last-placed East Riffa 6-1.
Jurdab’s Saed Fardan, Kameel Abdulnabi got their names on the scoresheet buy scoring twice while teammates Aqeel Abdul Hussain and Mahmoud Madan scored one each. Ahmed Al Jalahama scored for East Riffa.
In Group Six, Al Safra notched a 7-3 win over South Sehla in a game which saw a player from each team score a hat-trick.
Al Safra’s Nawaz Abdulsatar scored a hat-trick while Ahmed Saleh hit a double. Abdullah Saleh and Abdullah Mohammed scored once. Alawi Sayed Moosa scored South Sehla’s three goals himself.
Despite the loss, South Sehla qualified for the quarter-final coming in second place after Naim-Sulta defeated Jidhafs 5-4.
Ahmed Al Nauimi netted a hat-trick for Naim-Sulta, while Bader Al Mula and Mohamed Al Nauimi were also on the scoresheets.
Jidhafs’ goals were scored by Sayed Hassan Al Qassab, who netted twice, Sadiq Al Ashoori and Mohamed Al Hadad.
The quarter-final will see Hamad Town facing South Sehla while Al Safra will go up against Jurdab.
