Riyadh: A Saudi national was sentenced to six years in prison for trying to travel to war zones in Syria and join Al-Qaida-affiliated Al-Nusra Front.
He has been banned from travelling abroad for six years. The Criminal Court has also ordered confiscation of his IT equipment, reported local Arabic daily Okaz.
