Los Angeles: Singer Chris Brown has had to postpone two gigs in Tokyo after being denied entry to Japan.
The 'Beautiful People' singer has been forced to postpone shows in Tokyo that were due to take place next week.
He has been refused a working visa over an ongoing investigation about him allegedly threatening a woman at his house with a gun following a row over jewellery, reported TMZ.
A Japanese consulate official said the country has a "low tolerance" for admitting visitors with criminal backgrounds and open investigations.
A statement on the ticket retailer's website confirmed that the gigs had been postponed due to a "logistical visa issue" and advised that fans can obtain refunds.
The 27-year-old singer has insisted he is innocent and maintained that "the truth" about Baylee Curran's allegations against him will come out eventually.
