MANAMA: A new Standard Chartered Bank branch at the Andalusia Complex II in Zayed Town has been inaugurated by the bank’s chief executive Dr Boutros Klink.

A statement said the move is part of the bank’s global focus on ‘Digitisation’ – socialising personal banking and extending customers’ digital lifestyle into banking.

It has also reported 100 per cent Bahrainisation in all its branches in the country.

The new branch accepts applications for opening accounts, loans and facilities, remittances, Saadiq Islamic banking services, as well as fixed, term and call deposits.

Furthermore, the branch is equipped with a cheque and cash deposit machine, ATMs and Internet banking facilities to ensure optimum convenience for customers in the area.

The branch will be open seven days a week, from 8am to 4pm.
