Emirates Palace was once again recognised as having the Middle East’s, the UAE’s and Abu Dhabi’s Leading Hotel Suite at the World Travel Awards (WTA) held recently at The St. Regis Dubai.
In addition to these three awards, Emirates Palace also scooped up the Middle East’s Leading Mice hotel and Abu Dhabi’s leading resort, which highlight the increasing importance of event tourism to the region.
Commenting on the international recognition these honours bring to the hotel, Holger Schroth, general manager at Emirates Palace, said: ‘The World Travel Awards celebrate excellence across all sectors of the tourism industry and bring international acclaim to their winners. We are pleased to have walked away with so many highly coveted awards this past weekend. It’s quite an honour to be recognised internationally as the benchmark to which all other hotels aspire, and it’s a testament to my team’s hard work and commitment to offering our Emirates Palace guests the best luxury hotel experience in the region, if not the world.’
