His Majesty King Hamad ratified and promulgated Law (2) of 2024, endorsing Bahrain’s accession to the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture.
Article I
It has been approved that Bahrain accedes to the International Treaty on Plant Genetic Resources for Food and Agriculture, which was adopted by the 31st Session of the Conference of the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations, held in Rome on November 2, 2001, which is attached to this law .
