AROUND 55 stray dogs have been caught in the last two weeks as part of a new nationwide campaign aimed at neutering and releasing them.
Officials admitted, though, that only nine dogs were neutered so far and the rest were put down because they were found to be extremely vicious or have serious illnesses .
