Manama : Luxury automotive manufacturer Jaguar Land Rover took home four top motoring awards at the second edition of the ArabWheels 2016 Awards at a ceremony held recently at the 5-star Meydan hotel.
Nominated alongside its peers in the automotive industry, Jaguar Land Rover’s flagship models were recognised at the ArabWheels Awards 2016. The new Jaguar F-PACE took the ‘Best Compact Premium SUV’ award while the 322kph, all-weather supercar, the Jaguar F-TYPE SVR was recognised as the region’s ‘Best Premium Performance Coupe’. And the cars weren’t the only ones taking the spotlight, as Bruce Robertson, Managing Director Jaguar Land Rover MENA, was awarded ‘Managing Director of the Year’ for the second consecutive year, as an acknowledgement of his leadership in growing the business in a constantly changing landscape.
Commenting on the company’s award wins, Bruce Robertson said: “It is a great honour to have received not one but four awards from one of the most renowned and respected automotive media titles in MENA. The Jaguar F-PACE, F-TYPE SVR and Range Rover SVAutobiography demonstrate our commitment to investing in innovation and producing vehicles that offer exceptional driving experiences.”
