MANAMA: Diyar Al Muharraq has announced that more than 50 per cent of residential plots in a new project have been sold.
Sales for second and final phase of Al Qamra project were officially opened to the public on Saturday at the Diyar Al Muharraq sales centre, the urban developer said.
The offer features 54 freehold plots ranging from 300 to 550 sqm, catering to different housing needs.
“The second and final phase of the project witnessed a high demand, attracting a large number of locals and expatriates in search of residential and investment plots in one of the most prominent real estate development projects in the kingdom,” said Diyar Al Muharraq chief executive Dr Maher Al Shaer.
“This follows the remarkable success witnessed with selling phase one of Al Qamra in a short amount of time.
“The success is attributed to a number of key factors – ideal location, freehold access, variety of land sizes and sufficient communal facilities; all these elements combined post as an attractive investment opportunity and a magnet for locals and expatriates alike,” he added.
Al Qamra is located in the heart of Diyar, within walking distance from Dragon City and the waterfront development Marassi Al Bahrain that features one of Diyar’s largest beaches.
The project also offers scenic landscaping, dedicated retail and recreational spaces, ample greenery and access to communal facilities, which make it an attractive choice for those aspiring to experience community living.
Diyar Al Muharraq is a master planned city offering a range of housing options and quality lifestyle within a cohesive mix of residential and commercial properties.
