The prices of fuel byproducts increased by 10 to 8 baisa per litre for January compared with December prices.
Octane M–95 grade fuel will thus be priced set at 186 baisa, up by 10 baisa compared with last month, the Ministry of Oil and Gas announced.
In a statement posted on its website, the ministry set the prices of fuel M–91 grade at 176 baisa while the price of diesel will be set at 195 baisa per litre.
Last month, the prices of M–91 and diesel were set at 165 baisa and 177 baisa respectively.
The new range of fuel prices in Oman follow the tangible increase in oil price in international markets.
