MANAMA: Construction work on Bahrain’s first liquefied natural gas (LNG) terminal is set to start with the developer securing financing for the project.
A joint venture of Nogaholding, the investment arm of National Oil and Gas Authority (Noga), and a consortium comprising Teekay LNG Partners, Gulf Investment Corporation and Samsung C&T (Samsung), Bahrain LNG is building the Middle East’s first public private partnership LNG receiving and regasification terminal .
