Doha: The Amir of Qatar Shaikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan held official talks at the Amiri Diwan.
The session was attended by Deputy Amir Shaikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Thani and a number of ministers, and members of the official delegation of the Turkish side.
Talks focused on relations between the two countries and ways of bolstering them in all areas to serve the interests of the two countries and brotherly people.
The two sides also exchanged views about the situation in Palestine, Syria and Yemen, and consulted on a number of regional and international issues of mutual concern.
The Turkish President later left Qatar and headed to the Medina in Saudi Arabia.
