The Saudi authorities denied the alleged collision between two planes at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh, due to strong dusty windstorms, according to Al Jazirah newspaper.

The airport management refuted online claims of the incident, while confirming the safety of all the jets on the tarmac.

The denial was issued in response to a video recording which was posted on social media websites, claiming that two planes had collided.

The same video also claimed that violent storms caused a plane to ram into a post.
