Riyadh Four Jordanian pilgrims were killed in a road accident in Saudi Arabia according to latest security reports.
The accident which happened in the province of Tabuk left ten other pilgrims seriously injured. Twenty-one other passengers sustained moderate injuries. They were all transferred to King Khalid and King Fahd hospitals for treatment.
They were among 38 people who travelled to Mecca and Medina to perform the small pilgrimage Umrah.
Initial investigation revealed that the driver was using his mobile phone while driving which caused the accident on the highway binding Medina and Tabuk.
Reports said that the driver lost control of the bus which swerved and overturned.
