Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud will head to Jordan today on a two-day visit during which he will attend the Arab Summit, set to start tomorrow in the Dead Sea Resort .
According to Okaz newspaper, the Saudi leader will hold talks with King Abdulla II of Jordan on strengthening strategic partnership in the political, economic, security and defence spheres.
The two leaders will also discuss regional crises, particularly the situation in Syria and Yemen.
King Abdulla II will also host a reception in honour of the Saudi monarch and the accompanying delegation at the Al Hussainya Palace on Tuesday, before attending the signing of economic and investment co-operation agreements at Basman Hospital.
The Saudi-Jordanian Business Council will also hold a session, on the sidelines of the visit, to discuss joint co-operation, regional and international developments.
