A boutique showcase for the real estate and property development sectors, Gulf Property Show, is being organised by Hilal Conferences and Exhibitions (HCE) from April 25 to 27 under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa.
The CanalView project is the latest innovative development from the marque real estate developer Naseej and is located on the island of Dilmunia, in the northern part of the island of Muharraq.
“Gulf Property Show is among the largest real estate exhibitions taking place on a yearly basis in Bahrain,” said Naseej general manager Ahmed Al Hammadi.
“Its reputation is built upon providing real estate developers with valuable opportunities to market their respective real estate projects to key investors, customers, and other stakeholders.
“CanalView is our recent and most ambitious project to date featuring luxurious apartment units for sale being built on an overall development size of over 13,000sqm and strategically located in the heart of Dilmunia Island.
The units will be available on a freehold basis and all the apartments offer spectacular views of the canal, waterfalls and footbridges.
Residents will also enjoy private access to rooftop gardens, swimming pools, gym and the main club house.
The series of buildings have been built on a podium where there will also be a wide variety of retail, restaurants, cafes and food and beverages outlets.
“We are very excited to launch CanalView and look forward to welcoming over 8,000 visitors and investors from Bahrain and around the GCC to the show over the three days.”
HCE managing director Jubran Abdulrahman said, “CanalView is an exciting development for Bahrain that will add a new dimension to the real estate landscape of the country. The project will add strength to the value proposition that Bahrain’s real estate sector gives to investors looking for luxury living with amazing views.”
Gulf Property Show 2017 carries with it the strategic sponsorship of Diyar Al Muharraq and Manara Developments.
The expo also has Bahrain Marina Development Company and First Bahrain Real Estate as Gold Sponsors and Khaleeji Commercial Bank and Fontana Real Estate as Silver Sponsors.
Supporting organisations include Survey and Land Registration Bureau and the Bahrain Property Developers’ Association.
