An Egyptian national was arrested in Riyadh on suspicion of harassing women employees of a TV channel, according to Al Riyadh newspaper.
The 47-year-old resident called the TV presenters live, using his mobile phone, and started talking to them indecently.
He was identified and referred to the Bureau of Investigation and Public Prosecution to face charges under the law on combating cyber crimes.
The executive director of the channel filed a complaint with the police in Riyadh accusing the unidentified caller of sexual harassment.
The suspect confessed to calling the female staff on live TV and speaking to them indecently.
