Saudi King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud reiterated unflinching support to the Kingdom of Bahrain, according to SPA.
Chairing the weekly Cabinet session, King Salman backed the measures which were taken by Bahrain to maintain its security and stability as well as the safety of citizens and residents.
“The security and stability of the Kingdom of Bahrain is an integral part of the security and stability of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the GCC countries,” he said.
The Saudi Cabinet strongly condemned the armed attack in Al Minya Governorate in Egypt, backing all measures undertaken by the Cairo authorities to defend its security and protect its people in accordance with the rules of international law and international covenants.
It also denounced the double suicide bombing targeting a bus station east of the Indonesian capital Jakarta as well as the explosion in Manchester, United Kingdom, which resulted in many deaths and injuries.
It reiterated the kingdom's solidarity with Egypt, Indonesia and the United Kingdom against terrorism. The Cabinet also expressed the kingdom's emphasis on the importance of concerted international efforts to eliminate the scourge of terrorism and extremism.
