All of them succeeded in completing their respective contests despite facing many challenges, including steep mountain courses and a severe shortage of oxygen.
The Bahraini team was not just representing the kingdom, but also the Arab world as it was the only Arab team participating in the event.
The team's participation was closely followed by Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Council for Youth and Sports, President of Bahrain Olympic Committee (BCO).
