A Turkish plane made an emergency landing at Cairo International Airport after a Saudi passenger fell sick on the aircraft, according to Akhbaar24.com.
Flight 114 was heading from Ataturk International Airport in Istanbul to King Abdulaziz Airport in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
The plane resumed its journey to Saudi Arabia after a one-hour stoppage, while the 29-year-old-Saudi passenger was transferred to hospital for treatment.
Five members of his families also chose to stay with him in Egypt, cancelling their trip aboard the Turkish flight.
