MANAMA: Leading real estate exhibitors from Cyprus and Greece are showcasing a diverse portfolio of projects at Bipex.

Cyprus continues to provide a compelling value proposition for foreign investment and has transformed itself into one of the most attractive FDI destinations in the region.

In addition, the Cyprus citizenship programme offers a way for investors and their families to practically immediately obtain full EU rights, live, work and study anywhere in Europe.

In addition, Greece is on the path of recovery and this has resulted in the undertaking of large investment projects by the investment community.

Exhibitors that are a part of the pavilion include Aristo Developers, Expo Leader, FP Global Developments, Poullis Real Estate and Flag of Cyprus and Intelligent Future.

Besides organising exhibitions, seminars, properties and investments in Cyprus, Expo Leader also provides targeted outreach to investors to visit Cyprus and explore all the opportunities within the country.

The company’s regional manager Abdel Rahman Abdel Latif said, “Our goal is to bring together major developers in the region and showcase their portfolios in the Middle East for potential buyers. Being at Bipex will help achieve this goal and we are positive we will get the push needed by us being present.”

UAE-based FP Global Developments, a boutique property developer specialising in Citizenship by Investment resort projects in Southern Cyprus, is showcasing SunCity Spa Resort and Residences and others.

The project is a joint venture between FP Global Developments and Giovanni Developers from Cyprus.

“We are showcasing resort projects that offer a citizenship by investment,” said FP Global Developments managing director Nesar Khan.

“Several people have passports which don’t allow many privileges, however a European passport can achieved in 90 days with its two main benefits of being under the EU. We want to promote those investment opportunities for all discerning European/EU citizenship and residency seekers.”

Poullis Real Estate, a property agency in Cyprus, is also present offering a variety of real estate services.

Another participant is Aristo Developers, one of the largest property development companies in Cyprus, as well as the largest private land owner on the island with more than 30 years of extensive experience in the construction and real estate sector.

With a property portfolio of more than 50 projects, it is offering a range of freehold properties which include apartments, townhouses, private residential developments, exclusive villas, retirement havens and luxurious golfing estates.

Intelligent Future is showcasing luxury real estate projects in several cities in Cyprus, which are expected to see high interest from Gulf citizens and Arab investors.

“Through this participation, we aim to provide the best investment opportunities for investors and customers in the Arabian Gulf region and we are keen to further our vision of providing real estate development services in the region,” said Intelligent Future managing director Wael Al Nabwani.

Bipex organising committee chairman Mohammed Alsayed said, “We are witnessing a high demand from the GCC for investment in foreign countries and would like our visitors from Bahrain and across the region to be able to learn more about these investment opportunities from our global exhibitors.”
