Saudi Crown Prince, Deputy Premier and Defence Minister Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud today accused Iran of direct aggression on Saudi Arabia, SPA reported.
“The involvement of Iran in supplying its Houthi militias with missiles is considered a direct military aggression by the Tehran regime and may be considered an act of war against the kingdom,” he said.
He made the statement during a phone call he received from British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson, which expressed his country’s condemnation of a ballistic missile attack by Houthi militias on Riyadh.
The Saudi Crown Prince denounced the attacked which, he said, deliberately targeted civilians and reiterated Britain's stand with Saudi Arabia in confronting security threats.
