Man killed in car crash identified

SAUDI man, who died in an accident at the entrance of King Fahad Causeway yesterday, has been identified as 30-year-old Emaad Al Ghamdi. 

The Interior Ministry said the car crashed into a concrete barrier on the causeway entrance towards Saudi Arabia.

 It happened at around 7.30am and Mr Al Ghamdi was declared dead on the scene by paramedics.

Meanwhile, the funeral of a 14-year-old Bahraini boy who was killed in a road accident in Saudi Arabia was held yesterday in Karranah village. 

The boy identified as Ahmed Al Shabbaq was killed in an accident in which two other family members were also injured.
