MANAMA: Al Salam Bank-Bahrain (ASBB) has won the “Critics’ Choice – The Best Islamic Retail Bank in Bahrain” Award at Cambridge IF Analytica’s third Islamic Retail Banking Awards (IRBA), that celebrate excellence and best practices.
ASBB head of retail banking Mohammed Buhijji received the award during a ceremony held at JW Marriott Marquis Hotel, Dubai.
In a statement, ASBB deputy group chief executive for banking Anwar Murad said winning the award was “a strong testament of the bank’s performance and continued excellence.”
“We have always been at the forefront of offering an innovative Sharia-compliant banking products and services that reflected in our position as a key player amongst Islamic banks.”
