Bahrain to host key leadership seminar

MANAMA: A seminar with the aim of promoting the Toastmasters movement of learning to communicate and lead in a conducive atmosphere will be hosted in Bahrain later this month.
Organised by the Angels Toastmasters Club in Bahrain, the event is titled "Confluence- A Convergence of World Class Speakers". It will be held on December 26 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel from 6pm to 9.30pm.
Sarah Khan and James Jeffley from the United States, Rowena Niduza from the UAE, Abdulla Al Abandi from Saudi Arabia and Joel Indrupati from Bahrain are the five keynote speakers.
The event's chairwoman is Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM) Rosaline Roy Charlie, who said, "Confluence is an opportunity to meet and be awed by these celebrated speakers, two of whom are coming to Bahrain for the very first time.
"Both toastmasters and others are welcome to attend," she added.
