'Ballet under the Stars' dance performance at Desert Palm Dubai

Desert Palm Dubai will be hosting two nights of dance splendour, with Ballet under the Stars. One of the world’s iconic prima ballerinas, Mara Galeazzi, will headline the performance to be hosted on the resort’s expansive lawns on February 15 and 16, 2018.

Being held in association with Spinneys Dubai, The Covent Garden Dance Company’s “Ballet under the Stars” is touted to be a unique and brilliant style of ballet and dance theatre featuring principals and soloists from some of the world’s greatest companies, including: The Royal Ballet, The Royal Danish Ballet, The English National Ballet, Staatsballett Berlin and Ballet Bejart.

Ms Galeazzi will be joined onstage by The Royal Danish Ballet’s principal dancer, Gregory Dean, during this limited run at Desert Palm, as they and this star-studded company perform a stunning range of works, from the deeply classical to the gorgeously contemporary and much more.

The 300-seated dinner theatre is created under a giant canopy on the grounds of Desert Palm Dubai hotel where the guests can enjoy the performances between courses of the gourmet dinner. The performances will be carried out over three 25-minute intervals between each course. Every 25-minute section of performance comprises of four short world class works.

The all-inclusive dinner tickets start from AED750 for Gold seating, and include a bubbly reception, a three-course dinner, and half a bottle of grape beverage per person, AED850 for Platinum seating, and Premium Seating at AED1,000.
