Three expatriates from the Comoros were arrested for murdering two UAE nationals in a violent altercation in Ajman.
A 20-year-old citizen, known by his initials (J.H), was run over as he was trying to escape from the fight and cross the Shaikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan Highway.
A 26-year-old national (S.R) was stabbed with a knife during the altercation which caused his death at Shaikh Khalifa Hospital in Ajman, according to Emarat Alyoum.
Ajman Police director-general Colonel Abdulla Seif Al Matrooshi said that the killers had been tracked down and arrested within 12 hours. The suspected killers are aged 18, 26 and 30.
