Riyadh: A Saudi woman is standing trial on charges of affiliation with the terrorist Islamic State in Iraq and Syria (Daesh).
The Public Prosecution charged her with carrying an explosive belt, in the company of her husband, from Riyadh to Asir, reported Okaz.
A suicide bomber used the belt and blew himself in the mosque of the Saudi Special Emergency Forces in Asir, killing 11 servicemen.
The terrorist explosion, which damaged the mosque, left four Bangladeshi workers dead and 33 others injured.
The defendant is also accused of covering for her husband, who hid terror suspects at home, collected money for the terrorist group and travelled to war zones in Syria.
The investigation revealed that the woman hid the explosive belt under her feet to evade the police, during the 1000 km-long trip from Riyadh to Asir.
