Al Bilad signs lease accord

MANAMA: Al Bilad Real Estate Investment Company has announced the signing of a lease agreement with Agaily & Karak Cafe, a Kuwaiti-Bahraini brand.

Under the agreement, Agaily & Karak Cafe will open an outlet in the promenade dining strip within the Water Garden City being developed by Al Bilad.

The restaurant and coffee shop will serve traditional drinks and dishes including agaily and Kuwaiti darabeel.

An integrated lifestyle community in Seef District, Water Garden City is predominately residential with a range of services that include leisure facilities, retail, restaurants, hotels and offices.

Units ranging in size from 160 to 350sqm are available in the promenade dining strip. Each unit is spread over three floors: basement, ground floor and mezzanine along with outdoor seating terraces.
