LPOD marks Women’s Day

THE new season at Lost Paradise of Dilmun Waterpark (LPOD) will kick off tomorrow, with celebrations for International Women’s Day.

Ladies will be offered a 50 per cent discount on entry, plus a host of fun games and activities.

Guests will find a set-up that includes beach picnic mats, colourful bean bags, free henna, face painting, back and hand massage, plus a live DJ and acoustic musicians to ensure a completely chilled atmosphere throughout the day.

Plus, everyone in attendance will have the chance to win a luxury spa day from Al Areen Spa and a ladies night season pass with unlimited entry for the entire 2018 season to LPOD.

The celebrations will be completed with a special awards ceremony that will recognise young female achievers who strive to make a difference in their respective fields.

On Friday, a Car and Motorbike Show will take place in co-operation with Bahrain Motors.

Now in its third year, it is back with a bigger line-up of car displays, stunt shows and exquisite motor designs.

Meanwhile, the Colour Fun Festival will also be held on Friday, offering guests an exciting colour splash, live dhol and bhangra music, an Indian street food festival and lots of exciting colour games throughout the day.
