I CONTACTED my telecom provider to request an upgrade for the Internet in my office. I was told that a technician would be sent in a few days to switch everything over from the old copper wiring to fibre optic.
Several technicians have been sent and nothing has been achieved. The provider continues to ignore my calls and emails inquiring into the hold-up. I have emailed the Bahrain Telecommunications Regulatory Authority to complain, and I was told that they had dismissed my complaint because the provider wasn’t doing anything wrong.
It has now been three months and the firm hasn’t done its job or even apologised for the delay.
