Ryan Murphy, the co-producer of Glee and the American Horror story, hosted a black-tie party for Gwyneth Paltrow and her fiancee, Brad Falchuk. Falchuk is an American television writer, director, and producer. He is best known for co-creating with Ryan Murphy the comedy-drama television series Glee and the horror-drama anthology series American Horror Story and Scream Queens. He was also a writer and executive producer for the television series Nip/Tuck.
The duo sent Hollywood into a frenzy as their star-studded party included the hottest stars including Jennifer Anniston, Reese Witherspoon, Liv Taylor, Cameron Diaz and Steven Spielberg among others.
It was rumoured that this could be their wedding, however, Gwyneth herself wore maroon, putting those rumours to rest.
Jennifer Aniston arrived in a gorgeous figure-hugging strapless black gown with matching choker.
Her Friends onscreen sister Reese Witherspoon copied her colour, flashing her legs in a shorter option, as she arrived with husband Jim Toth.
A pregnant Kate Hudson arrived hand-in-hand with Liv Tyler, the latter wearing a black pantsuit while the former donned a sumptuous yellow gown.
Since Paltrow eloped with husband No. 1, Coldplay rocker Chris Martin, she’s treating this wedding as her first and is pulling out all the traditional stops. She told People magazine after announcing her engagement in her own Goop magazine’s “Sex & Love” issue: “I’ve never had a wedding before… So even though I’m 45, I sort of feel like a 21-year-old.” She added: “It’s kind of fun to talk about with my girlfriends. They send me pictures of dresses — they’re as excited about it as I am.”
For bachelorette Paltrow went to Mexico with her gal pals and sources say Cameron Diaz booked a private jet for a dozen guests to fly down.
