The summer travel season will start again soon and some UAE airlines are kicking their promotions into high gear to fill seats.

For those looking to save money on holiday trips this year, it would do well to plan vacations soon and start booking as early as possible.

Emirates said on Monday that UAE flyers can secure fares for flights within the region for less than AED1,000 and to European destinations for just a little over AED2,000.

Tickets are being given away to early birds who book Economy seats on Middle East flights for as low as AED795 and AED2,135 on destinations in Europe. For flights to West Asia and the Indian Ocean, special fares start at AED945 and to the Far East and Australasia at AED2,035.

Business Class tickets on Middle East flights can be had for AED3,155 and on Europe at AED9,395. For flights to West Asia and the Indian Ocean, premium tickets cost at least AED2,835 and AED8,895 for flights to the Far East and Australasia.

Emirates’ special fares are up for grabs starting Monday (April 16), until April 30, 2018, and apply to outbound travel between April 19 and December 13, 2018.

At Etihad, flyers can enjoy fares as low as AED1,960 for trips to Singapore, AED2,240 for flights to Bangkok and AED2,510 for flights to Male. Frankfurt-bound flyers can secure tickets for as low as AED2,520.

Etihad’s “April offers” are valid for trips from April 22 to September 30, 2018, but bookings have to be made by April 19.
