Th police in Oman did not find any "criminal suspicion" in the death of Swedish DJ and electronic dance music (EDM) record producer DJ Avicii, who passed away aged 28, according to Times of Oman.
DJ Avicii, whose real name is Tim Bergling, was found dead last Friday (April 20) in Oman.
State-run news agency ONA said that two post postmortems had been carried out following the DJ's death but no "criminal suspicion" had been revealed.
Meanwhile, the family of the Swedish star thanked fans for their support following the DJ's death last week.
Avicii won numerous American Music Awards, Billboard music awards and MTV Europe Music awards for his EDM work.
He also collaborated with Carlos Santana and Wyclef Jean on the official anthem for the 2014 soccer World Cup in Brazil, 'We Will Find a Way'.
