Tumooh crushed Al Fakhama 8-0 in Group ‘4’ of Nasser bin Hamad Football Ramadan Tournament ‘Nasser 11’ held last night at Khalifa Sports City Stadium.
It was the third win for Tumooh to top the group with nine points, while Al Fakhama remained without a point.
Tumooh led the first half 5-0, with Emanuel scoring hat-trick in the 16th, 28th and 30th minutes, and two more goals coming from Zahr Eldeen Ismael in the 35th and 40th minutes.
In the second half, Emanuel scored in the 81st and 88th minutes and another one from Yahya Ahmed.
Tumooh striker Emanuel won the man of the match award, as he leads the scoring with eight goals.
Late on Tuesday night, Forever inflicted a heavy 11-1 blow on Al Qala’a.
Starring for the winners were Ibrahim Jawher and Hatem Saleh, who scored a hat-trick each.
With this big win, Forever moved to six points from three games and qualified for the quarter-finals, while Al Qala’a, who missed a couple of scoring opportunities in the first 10 minutes before collapsing, completed their campaign without a point.
Jawher gave Forever a two-goal lead in space of four minutes, while Abdulrahman Khalid and Abdullah Ali scored once each to stretch the score further.
Jawher wrapped off his hat-trick in the 34th minute and Saleh stole the limelight from that point onwards contributing three goals in the 44th, 58th and 60th minutes.
Ismail Mohammed found the net in the 63rd to make it 10-0 before Ali Mohammed scored the consolation goal for Al Qala’a.
Salman Ali completed the rout in the 72nd minute.
Al Saqr Al Abyadh confirmed their qualifications for the quarter-finals following a third consecutive win, defeating Suqoor Al Bahrain 1-0.
Nigerian Fortune found the net in the 19th minute to seal victory for Al Saqr Al Abyadh.

“The group stage of Nasser 11 witnessed an extraordinary participation by all the teams who displayed great sportsmanship,” said Shaikh Nasser.
Tawfiq Al Salehi, president of the High Organising Committee, said there would be great surprises for spectators attending the final of Nasser 11.
