Abu Dhabi - The United Arab Emirates will witness a total lunar eclipse next month.
On July 27, at 9:14pm UAE local time, the moon will enter into the eclipse phase and continue for five hours until 2:19am.
Sharjah Centre for Space and Astronomy Deputy Director Ibrahim Al Jarwan announced the celestial event.
“Totality will occur from 11:30pm until 1:30am for 103 minutes. The peak eclipse time will take place at 12:21am”, he said.
