Volkswagen Centre Bahrain recently launched the all-new seven-seater Teramont and the all-new Touareg in Bahrain.
The new Touareg marks a milestone in the brand’s largest model and technology campaign, and it shows what engineers and designers at Volkswagen can do.
The new flagship takes a top position in the premium class SUV segment with its expressive design, innovative operating, convenience and safety systems, as well as in the high quality of its materials and craftsmanship.
The Teramont is Volkswagen’s boldest and most robust SUV ever and represents a new chapter in the Volkswagen story – the year of the SUV.
Built in Chattanooga, Tennessee, the seven-seater Teramont offers competitive levels of technology and spaciousness combined with hallmark Volkswagen driving dynamics and attention to detail – all at a price designed to draw attention in the crowded family SUV segment.
As the newest and biggest member of the Volkswagen line-up, the full-size Teramont SUV offers family-ready passenger and cargo volume, as well as everyday usability and utility.
To ensure this is the perfect family SUV, the functionality of the seven-seat layout was paramount in Teramont’s development.
An innovative one-step folding mechanism for the second-row seats offers room for effortless third row entry and exit, even with child seats in place, and does not compromise on space and comfort.
Safety for families is priority in all Volkswagen vehicles, and passive safety features include the three-point seatbelts for all seats, side-curtain head-protection airbags that cover all three rows, and a reinforced safety-cage construction.
From front to back, all these technologies work together to help keep families safe. Teramont is available in four trim levels – S with a 2.0L engine, and 3.6L in S, SE and SEL, starting at BD12,940.
