Ammar Halabi’s dream came through with the help of Make-A-Wish Foundation during Liverpool’s pre-season tour of United States.
16-year-old Ammar is battling with muscular dystrophy and got a chance to meet his hero – Liverpool forward Mohamed Salah.
The Liverpool forward met Halabi and his family, who fled to the United States as refugees from Syria two years ago, during the recent Liverpool’s recent stay in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Salah gave him a signed shirt and posed for pictures with Ammar and his family.
Ammar chirped, "Everybody loves him and I want to be like him. He is a great person. It's a really great feeling."
