Riyadh – The Saudi air defences intercepted two ballistic missiles which were launched by the Iran-backed Houthi militias this evening.
Saudi-led Arab Alliance official spokesman Colonel Turki Al-Malki said that the two missiles were detected at 04:55 pm at their launch from the governorate of Sa’ada in Yemen.
The Patriot air defence systems destroyed the missiles which were targeting civilian populated areas in Saudi-Arabia without causing any casualties.
