Millions of Lego bricks, models and sculptures were on display at the second edition of the Lego Show that began yesterday at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre, Sanabis. Organised by Bahrain Tourism and Exhibitions Authority (BTEA), it features popular characters from Star Wars, Marvel and Disney Princesses and will run until August 31. The Lego Show is open from 10am to 9pm. “The Lego Show comes as part of BTEA’s exciting calendar of events for 2018, and we are keen to host the event during the Eid holidays to attract a large number of visitors and tourists from inside the kingdom as well as neighbouring GCC countries,” said BTEA chief executive Shaikh Khaled bin Humood Al Khalifa. Additionally, Bahrain will host Cartoon Network Live! Heroes Unite show which will run for four days, from today until Sunday, at the Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Centre.
