His Majesty King Hamad yesterday congratulated Bahrain Haj delegation and pilgrims on their safe return to Bahrain.
This came as he received at Safriya Palace Sharia Court of Cassation judge and Bahrain Haj delegation chairman Shaikh Adnan bin Abdulla Al Qattan.
Shaikh Al Qattan greeted the King on the delegation’s return to Bahrain after completing the pilgrimage.
He outlined facilities provided to all pilgrims, including medical and preventive services, highlighting programmes and plans lined up for the coming Haj seasons.
The King commended the delegation’s efforts and keenness to follow up and monitor Haj contractors’ performance to ensure the best services and facilities for Bahrain pilgrims.
“Serving pilgrims is a trust, honour and duty which requires all efforts to provide premium services and ensure their comfort,” His Majesty said.
He congratulated Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud on the success of Haj.
He also commended the Saudi government and other agencies and establishments, which spared no efforts to serve pilgrims, hailing the ongoing development and expansion plans.
