Solidarity Bahrain and Sadad partner for kiosk service

MANAMA: Insurer Solidarity Bahrain has partnered with payment gateway firm Sadad to provide its customers with 24/7 insurance renewal services through more than 750 self-service kiosks countrywide and online payment channels.

The agreement was signed by Solidarity Bahrain corporate communications and marketing manager Jalal Aqelah and Sadad board member Dr Rifat Mohamed Al Kashif in the presence of senior officials from both sides.

“The self-service kiosks are an innovative, convenient and incredibly secure way for customers to renew their insurance policies,” said Mr Aqelah.

“This is a step forward for us in leading the insurance industry’s innovative digital transformation and adoption of fintech and insurtech,” he added.

Sadad’s online bill payment services enable customers to pay anywhere, anytime and from any device. The Sadad app is available for both iOS and Android users and offers customers a completely mobile-optimised experience that is compatible with any smartphone, computer or tablet.

“Solidarity has built a strong reputation in the industry with their premier insurance solutions,” said Dr Al Kashif.

“Sadad’s commitment to simplifying electronic billing and payment processing for business aligns with Solidarity’s core value of making in-person payments as seamless as possible for their customers,” he added.
