CONSTRUCTION firms operating in Gulf countries, including Bahrain, should be required to set up ring fenced bank accounts to avoid delays in payments of wages, according to an expert.
The accounts should only be used to make payments to employees without any disruption and should not be accessed by contractors or sub-contractors .
