NEW board members of the Bahrain Occupational Health Association for the 2018 - 2020 term have been announced.
The association, under the aegis of the Bahrain Medical Society (BMS), revealed the new board members at a meeting held at the society’s headquarters in Juffair.
The association’s new president is Dr Mohammed Sulail, who won the seat unopposed, while vice-president is Dr Abdulhakeem Al Mahmood.
Dr Mohammed Saleh was named financial secretary, Dr Mohammed Jibril was named as general secretary and Dr Mohammed Al Mutawa won a seat as board member.
“BMS aims to establish medical links within it to promote scientific and medical research and hold seminars and lectures and contribute to regulating the profession and strengthening relations with our Arab and non-Arab counterparts,” said BMS general secretary Dr Nizar Bukamal.
