MANAMA: Bahrain is a unique model of inter-faith and cultural coexistence as it is home to four religions and people from any factions and beliefs are free to exercise their rituals, according to a new study.
This distinctive characteristic of the historic city makes it a model for Islamic societies to emulate, said Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities (Baca), commissioned the study as part of its efforts to include Manama on the Unesco’s World Heritage List .
