Riyadh - No one will be allowed to attack the sovereignty of Saudi Arabia or tamper with its security, said Crown Prince, Deputy Premier and Defence Minister His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz.
He sent the firm message as the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia marks today the 88th anniversary of its establishment at the hands of late King Abdulaziz in 1930.
The 88th eighth anniversary is an occasion to recall the achievements of the country's founder the late King Abdulaziz bin Abdulrahman Al Saud and his sons after him”, he said.
He hailed landmark growth and prosperity under the current Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, stressing strenuous efforts to achieve the objectives of Vision 2030.
He reiterated his country’s resolve to promote the principles of tolerant Islam, the religion of moderation, and in fighting extremism and terrorism, paying tribute to the Saudi military.
“There is no place amongst us for any extremists who view moderation as moral degeneracy or those who exploit our tolerant faith to achieve their designs. There is no place amongst us for those who consider that our war on extremism is a means to spread decadence”, he said.
