MANAMA: VIVA Bahrain is investing heavily in digitising its service experience in order to stay relevant to the needs of “today’s online, digitally-savvy customers,” its top official has said.
Talking to the GDN on the sidelines of Gitex Techology Week in Dubai yesterday, the telecom company’s chief executive Ulaiyan Al Wetaid said it has introduced a host of digital services like Self Service Machines (SSM) and a smart queue management service as part of efforts to bring in services that are fast, easy-to-use and accessible 24/7 .
