Southeast Asian restaurant Wok Station has rolled out its new menu inspired by classic street foods and has enhanced them with a modern and local touch.
Curated by the brand’s executive chef, the menu not only features contemporary dishes but also has a new look.
The menu has been designed in a well-structured manner to give a clear and easy-to-navigate experience for guests.
The culinary team has left no stone unturned while putting this menu together.
They have honoured local tastes and flavours while marrying them well with Southeast Asian classic dishes – the result sees guests mesmerised with the cuisine.
Food-lovers can look forward to new dishes which now form almost 80 per cent of the existing menu along with old favourites.
Some of the items introduced are lemon coriander with shredded chicken soup, mixed Japanese potato cakes with sweet chili, spicy Sichuan-style wonton, lotus root salad with lemon grass dressing, an entire section on tempura, some new dim sum variety like katafi prawn roll with Chinese cocktail sauce, baked chicken puff, fried turnip cake with chili garlic; prawn in lime chili sauce and pan-seared teriyaki salmon with wasabi potatoes.
There are also new additions in the rice and noodle category and a brand new introduction to the famous Southeast Asian curries.
All in all, a menu to fit the taste palate of all. Pricing is fit for a casual dining experience and set at a reasonable point.
