Last year’s Knockout of the Year winner Felipe Efrain will take on Stephen Loman from Team Lakay of the Philippines for the Brave 18 bantamweight title.
The fight will take place on November 16 at Khalifa Sports City in Isa Town. Brave 18 will feature three championship titles contested in the largest fight night ever hosted in Bahrain.
Efrain, who has three wins in his four appearances at Brave Combat Federation, is currently undergoing training at Chute Boxe Diego Lima in Brazil to prepare for the title fight.
All of his three wins at Brave came by way of knockouts, which enabled him to earn performance bonus for the fight of the night. He will be looking forward for a knockout finish to win the championship against Loman.
For the record, Efrain has eight of his 13 wins coming by way of knockouts, and he is on the verge of claiming his ninth at Brave 18.
“I am overwhelmed to be a part of the largest mixed martial arts festival in Asia. It was in Bahrain that I had won the 2017 Knockout of the Year award. I would love to gift Bahrain yet another knockout performance to remember. I will be fighting to bring the much awaited bantamweight title to Brazil,” said Efrain.
